Using iDocz

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity on your account.
  • Please give accurate information when you register.

Public domain books

Many works on iDocz are in the public domain in the United States, where the site is hosted, and in many other countries. Copyright laws differ between countries. If you live outside the United States, check the laws of your country before downloading or reusing a work. Summaries, descriptions and other original text written for iDocz remain the property of iDocz.

Content you upload

  • You may only upload content that you created yourself, that is in the public domain, or that you have permission to share.
  • You keep ownership of your content. By uploading it, you give iDocz a worldwide, non-exclusive, free licence to store, display, convert and distribute it on the site so others can read it.
  • You are responsible for your content and for any claims that arise from it.

Content that is not allowed

  • Material that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights
  • Adult, sexually explicit, violent or hateful content
  • Content that promotes illegal activity, harassment or self-harm
  • Malware, spam, misleading content or excessive advertising
  • Personal or private information about other people without their consent

We may review, hide or remove any content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules, with or without notice.

Advertising

iDocz is free to use and is supported by advertising. Ads are provided by third parties such as Google. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the websites they link to.

Disclaimer

iDocz is provided "as is". We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that documents are complete, error-free or suitable for any purpose. Summaries and study material are for general information and are not professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, iDocz and its operators are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or any content on it.
