T H E F A C I L I T A T O R S A C A D E M Y Lecture 15 | Module 3: Virtual Assistance — FINAL VA Live Simulation Module 3 Final Assessment — prove your VA skills in a real-world simulation Duration: 60–70 minutes • ALL tools must be open and ready Supervised by: Muhammad Sohail Ashraf 20+ Years Freelancing Experience The Facilitators Academy • Lecture 15: VA Live Simulation • thefacilitators.net • +92 304 5224838 How Today Works — Read This Carefully This lecture is different from all others — it is a practical assessment, not a teaching session Today you are the VA. The instructor is the client. You will receive real tasks — you must complete them professionally, on time and to the standard a paying client would expect. Format 4 simulation tasks. Each timed. You work independently — no asking the instructor for help during task time. Tools All tools from Module 3 must be open: Gmail, Google Sheets, Trello, Loom, Grammarly, Toggl. If a tool is not set up — that is a deduction. Grading Each task graded on: Accuracy (40%) + Format/Presentation (30%) + Communication (20%) + Time (10%) Instructor role During task time — instructor plays the 'client'. During review time — instructor gives detailed feedback on each submission. WhatsApp group All deliverables submitted to the class WhatsApp group within the time limit. Late submissions lose Time marks. Spirit This is a safe practice environment. Mistakes here teach you more than any lecture. Be honest about what you struggled with.
